Day two - Tiahuanaco

On Tuesday we visited the Tiahuanaco ruins, an hour and a half from La Paz, with or local guide. These ruins pre dated the famous Incan ruins.

We had a typical Bolovian lunch here ( Quinoa soup, lama, rainbow trout from Lake Titicaca and Quinoa cookies with our Coca tea - great for altitude issues). Our not so traditional dinner at a Thai restaurant was delicious.
